CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ANYTIME?
Until we receive 1,000 orders, your order can be canceled at
any time and your purchase price and shipping charges will be refunded in full.
There is no risk to purchasing the Litterfish, as your money will stay in the account and not be used for anything until we are ready to produce the
Litterfish.
Once we have reached 1,000 orders, we will start machining the tools to go into production, at which time it is no longer possible to offer refunds, since the money is needed to produce the Litterfish. From that point on, you will instead receive your order as soon as we have started production and will be one of the first to own an IOVO designs Litterfish.

For pre-ordering a Litterfish, you are receiving a 15% discount off the retail price. Also, you are guaranteed to be among the very first customers to receive your Litterfish. And, last but not least, you will have our undying gratitude for helping us get the Litterfish off the ground and will continue to receive discounts and special offers on any of our future products.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE LITTERFISH AFTER YOU REACH 1,000 ORDERS?
We estimate the time for tooling, production and shipping to be approximately three months. We will do our best to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, but we don’t want to make any promises we can’t keep. You will receive regular updates about our progress and can rest assured, that the only thing slowing us down will be a quest for the highest possible quality.
HOW BIG IS THE LITTERFISH?
The dimensions of the fish cover (the pan fits inside it) are 18" wide x 25" deep x 18" tall. The fins, which are shipped detached stick out 3" from the body of the Litterfish. The Litterfish will be shipped in a box that is 19" x 26" x19". All measurements can vary slightly and are not exact.
HOW EASY IS LITTERFISH TO CLEAN?
Litterfish functions like any regular cat litter box. It has a bottom pan to hold the litter and a dome lid (in the shape of a fish) to cover it. It is possible to use standard size litter box liners for the pan – the liner is simply draped over the edge of the pan and then held in place, when the fish cover is placed over it.
As with any cat litter box, we recommend daily scooping of the litter and complete replacement every week to avoid unpleasant odors.
DO YOU RECOMMEND A PARTICULAR CAT LITTER BRAND?
Any brand of cat litter works with the Litterfish, but our favorite is Feline Pine, which neutralizes the cat urine odor and doesn’t create dust.
I ORDERED MY LITTERFISH, BUT THE "LITTERFISHES SOLD" COUNTER DIDN'T COUNT UP - DID IT WORK?
The "Litterfishes Sold" counter on our home page has to be updated manually, since there is no way to link it to our payment page. We will do so every couple of days as sales are logged, but, if you received a confirmation email, you purchase went through and we promise that you count and will be counted.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX IN CALIFORNIA?
IOVO designs is located in California and the Litterfish will be produced at a factory in California, so we are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses. We tried to soften the blow by reducing the shipping costs for California addresses a little bit.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO MUCH?
The Littterfish is a designer item - we paid more attention to the look than to storage and shipping issues. Since the Litterfish can't nest (be stacked), every Litterfish has to be shipped in an individual box. Even though the weight is not great, the shipping box dimensions of 19 x 26 x 19 mean that we get charged for dimensional weight, which is not cheap. On the plus side, you will have an item which no big box store will ever want to carry...
DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNT TO PET STORES?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts to pet stores, but the first 1000 orders are reserved for our customers who supported the Litterfish and pre-purchased. Please be patient and email us at IOVOdesigns@gmail.com with inquiries – Litterfish will be available for retail (and retailers) after the initial orders have been filled.
DO YOU OFFER CONSIGNMENT FOR PET STORES?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer consignment to pet stores. Due to its unique design, shipping the Litterfish is more complicated, especially in bulk, so that a large number of returns would be cost prohibitive. As with high heeled shoes, you have to suffer for great design.
